Happy Summer Solstice!



I am excited to be celebrating this long awaited day. Here in Maine I am gardening in between the rain drops, walking along the beach, and enjoying beautiful sunsets.


I put together the seven healing benefits of walking along the sea shore for you because I find immersing myself in the salty air, feels invigorating and is truly healing.
