By signing up for and participating in the Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Dance on June 11, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the event. I consent to participating in the activities, which may include ceremonial cacao consumption, movement, and dance.

 

I understand that these practices are intended for personal growth and well-being, and I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during the event. I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, facilitators, and any associated personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

 

I affirm that I am in good health and free from conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in this event. I also understand that participation is voluntary, and I may choose to withdraw from any activity at any time.
