CACAO CEREMONY & FREE FORM CONSCIOUS DANCE

Monday Night: June 29, 7:00-9:30 PM

Join us for an evening of connection, movement, and celebration.

We begin by gathering in circle with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for centuries to cultivate presence, gratitude, and connection. Through intention, meditation, and community, we create a sacred space to reconnect with ourselves and one another.

​

From there, we move into Free Form Conscious Dance, a judgment-free space where there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Simply allow your body to move naturally, release stress, express yourself freely, and experience the joy of being fully alive.

Whether you come seeking healing, inspiration, community, or simply a beautiful evening, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Come dance under the open sky, nourish your spirit, and celebrate the gift of being alive.

No dance experience necessary. All are welcome.

Exchange is $40. 

Our intention is to make these gatherings available to everyone who feels called to attend.

If finances are a concern, please pay what you can with an open heart. Reduced-rate and community-supported spaces are available.

Participant Disclosure & Authorization

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation Agreement

I understand that participation in this gathering is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout the event.

Health & Safety

I understand that cacao is a natural plant medicine and may not be appropriate for everyone. If I have any medical conditions, take prescription medications (particularly antidepressants, blood pressure medications, or heart medications), or have concerns about consuming cacao, I agree to consult with my healthcare provider before participating.

I understand that movement, dance, meditation, breathwork, and ceremonial practices may evoke physical, emotional, or energetic responses. I agree to participate at my own pace and honor my personal limits.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks associated with physical movement, outdoor environments, and group activities. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Blue Hill Healing, Christina Montano, van Duijn event facilitators, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.

Respect for the Space

I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward other participants, facilitators, and the property. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and belongings during the gathering.

Photo & Media Permission 

Yes, I give permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and educational purposes.

No, I prefer not to be photographed or recorded.
