Here is the recipe for Curry Vegetable Delight, a warming, spicy, hearty dish for these cold snowy days in Maine, or where ever you are. You can use up any veggies you have. Read my recipe and then modify it to whats in your kitchen.


Often in the cold months I get tired of food. I feel like everything tastes the same. Using spice can bring a delicious new energy to the palette.


Spicy teas are wonderful as well, brew them straight up or add oat milk. If your staying away from the vegan diet, bring out the half-n-half, or buy a (glass) bottle of fresh milk with the cream on top from your neighborhood farmer.
