Start your day in a healthy way. Try the goodness of green. Break your fast with vitimin rich packed Avocado. Avocados are filled with vitimins B5, B6, C, E, K, potassium and fiber.
Try Christina's Avocado toast: Toast a piece of sunflower or rye bread. I like the crunchiness of toast so I double toast my bread. Spread the toast with olive oil and a light sprinkel of salt. Mash or slice half an avocado onto the toast. Top with sprouts & cilantro. Sprinkle with seseme or sunflower seeds.
Another option is to spread hummus on the toast and then top with Avocado, sprouts, herbs and seeds. Be creative. Let me know what sort of combinations you come up with. Enjoy the wholsome deliciousness of this creamy, green goddess.
