Good Morning Begin your day with something that moves your body. This could be a song that you get up and dance to, it could be a 7 minute work out, a walk outside, or 10 minutes of hula- hooping. For breakfast a bowl of steel cut oatmeal with hemp hearts, sunflower seeds, and golden raisins.

Good Afternoon For lunch have a big salad, a bowl of soup, or a cheese sandwich. Think about what will fill your stomach as well as, what will make your heart sing. Write a hand written note to a friend, buy a co-worker lunch, bring home a treat for the family.

Good Evening REST! take off your day clothes, get in the bath, eat toast and eggs for a light dinner. Find a book for the whole family and read aloud for 1/2 an hour. Teens as well as younger children will enjoy the attention. Light candles, put up outside twinkle lights, or, better yet, do nothing at all! Use the evening to reset your spirit. Listen to a sleeping meditation, or shake a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow case.
